Policies:

• We do not have a return policy as of now for Almary products, for "Chic by Almary Jewellery" we will exchange it if it is found faulty or broken.
•  Please clearly read description of preloved items, and find videos on our Instagram page.
• If you have queries regarding an item, you can message us on Whatsapp to get more information.
• We will confirm every order via a phone call once an order is placed.
• For Almary products, we can cancel an order after it is placed given the product might have been sold on our other platform( Instagram) and was not updated on the website. In such case, we will issue a full refund if deposit has been received within 12 hours of payment received time.
